Devin Logan was just named AFP Overall title winner for the ladies. And she did so without the WSI results. Logan injured her ankle during a crash she sustained in slopestyle. She was subsequently removed from big air as well as superpipe. Consider the injury a minor fracture and she'll heal 100-percent shortly, ready to go for next year's FFL.

David Wise, the defending X Games gold medalist in the superpipe, sustained a torn ACL during the Big Air at WSI on Saturday. He'll have plenty of time to return, although we suspect he might be a sketchy play at some of the early contests. Heal up soon, bud.

Making his triumphant return to the halfpipe after a shoulder injury sidelined him at Winter X 16, Duncan Adams suffered a broken fibula during qualifying for European X Games. The break will heal 100-percent, but should keep him out of any immediate contests.

The snow gods are cruel and have punished three more skiers: Simon Dumont, Chris Laker and Brita Sigourney have all injured their knees. This brings the pro-skier-with-knee-injury count up to about a million. Hopefully all three have successful surgeries and heal up fast and can be shredding early next winter.

Tucker Perkins, the super consistent halfpipe skier, has succumbed to the injure of the season, the dreaded knee injury. Details on how it happened aren't available, but Tucker said on his twitter that it's gone. Hopefully Tucker heals up fast and we'll see him on the slopes next season.

Very preliminary reports are on the internet about Kevin Rolland tearing his ACL, which would effectively end his competition season. We'll keep you informed, but if true, a huge bummer for Kevin, but perhaps a boon for Benoit Valentin and AJ Kemppainen, currently alternate at Euro X. Get well soon, Kev.

Meg Olenick who was recently awarded a Euro X alternate spot (and consequently a spot due to rumored knee injury by Kim Lamarre), tore her ACL this weekend at the Aspen/Snowmass Open. Bummer for Meg, and we want to wish her a speedy recovery.

Rumors have been floating around the internets about Kim Lamarre, last year's Euro X slope bronze medalist, and her knee. Reportedly she has suffered another knee injury, but nothing has been confirmed. We'll keep you informed, but if this is true, consider her done for the year.

After a hot start, Wing Tai Barrymore's season has been cut short due to an unfortunate fall at X Games semifinals. He went massive and bottomed out on an alley-oop double flatspin 900. Word on the street is that Barrymore has torn both ACLs. Luckily, he's young and athletic, so he should be back and strong next season. heal up, Tai.

Kaya Turski, the alpha female of the slopestyle scene, completed the Dew Tour with a win in Snowbasin, which also secured her a Dew Cup. Since she lives in Mammoth, she'll likely be at the Grand Prix and you should consider her a must-buy if you can afford her.
